I know it has been a while since I have been around to blog but life has once again got the best of me and for some reason I just do not find time to blog lately. I will admit I have taken a bit of a life break away from the confines of the world wide web and have used a thing that many are probably not as familiar with and it's the telephone. It has a cord and is attached to the wall and amazing the clarity and how it's signal never fades and the conversations that have been taking place are amazing. All in all this life break has been great and plan on doing a little more of it in the future.
Where have things gone with me since my last blog post of updates. Well let us start with Mum. Her platelet count has made a jump. On February 28th, 2008 her platelet count was a mere 3. March 6th we seen them rise to 48 and have only dropped as of today to a mere 45. Maybe this is a sign something is going to start taking a boost. Thursday we will be off to Saint John to see the Doctor before she starts her next week of treaments here in Fredericton. Hopefully Thursday will bring more good news and we will be well on our way to another week of treatments again. She has been amazing through all of this and has not been sick but she has been getting some of her spunk back she is starting to get sassy with us all again. So keep your fingers crossed and your prayers coming that we will have good results as we go along.
Just completed a week of dog sitting the ever energetic Sassy our bookkeepers Beagle. It was interesting having her around the house for the week and something for mum to keep company with while she was home every day. Her owners were in Las Vegas for our March break. They say it is something to see someday I will get there!
Dance classes have been in full swing but yet to complete a full week. Maybe this week it will happen.
Winter is long over due to leave anytime now. We have been hit with enough winter and by the looks of the stretts and the city as a whole we are in for some flooding. We will be lucky to see the backyard sometime by August (saves on lawncare) It will hold up ATVing in the woods as it will be a long time before the woods are dried up enough for us to go wheeling.
All in all life is quiet with me. Work is the usual. Dancing is the usual. Life away from the computer has been wonderfully appealing more and more every day. Hence why my next statement may not come as any shock. I will be blogging only when the time permits. Just like it has been as of late. Life is good and hopefully that will not change anytime soon!
I have been around to visit most of you and will remain to do so as the days progress and I will comment when I can. Hope you are all well and take care!
